Visiting time of the Azadi Tower changes with the ceremony of the Moharram Shahr.

According to the public relations report of Azadi Tower; Due to the ceremony of the Moharram Shahr at the level of the square, the visiting hours of the cultural and artistic complex of Azadi Tower are from 10 to 23 August from 11 to 22. The ritual mourning ceremony of the city of Tehran with the title "Moharram Shahr" is organized by the General Department of Culture of Tehran Municipality in cooperation with the District 9 Municipality and the Rudaki Cultural and Artistic Foundation at Azadi Square. This event, with the aim of connecting the citizens with the life of Imam Hussein (AS) and Ashura culture, started from 25 Moharram and lasted until 8 Safar (10-23 August) with the holding of various cultural and mourning programs for Aba Abdullah Al-Hussein on Azadi Square from 6:00 p.m. to 24 is open to the public.
