️The Azadi Tower Cultural and Artistic Complex, in collaboration with the women's art group "Naqsh Aftab," is organizing a calligraphy, painting, miniatures, and photography exhibition in the Hall of Nations and Café Gallery to commemorate the esteemed poet, Hafez, and Calligraphy Week.
This is the first visual arts exhibition by the women of Tehran province, titled "Kelk Mastouran" (Hidden Brush), aimed at introducing Iranian women and highlighting their unity and significance in the fields of culture and art. The exhibition features works in the following disciplines: Calligraphy (Nasta'liq and Shekasteh Nasta'liq), Painting (all techniques), Illumination, Miniature, Calligraphic Painting, and Photography.
️The themes for the calligraphy section are Hafez's poetry, while painting and photography focus on historical and Iranian monuments, as well as ancient and cultural Iranian symbols.
️Esteemed masters and leading women calligraphers of Iran, including Elahe Khatami, Seyedeh Soghra Hosseini, and Azhar Shorka, along with prominent figures such as Mohammad Heydari, Ahmad Falsafi, Siamak Shiri, and others, will attend the event.
️The works of 110 distinguished female artists from Tehran province will be showcased at this exhibition.
️Additionally, on the opening day, the book "Naqsh Qalam" by Atefeh Noushavand, which introduces letter formation, connections, and provides comprehensive guidance on writing, practicing, and improving penmanship, will be unveiled.
️The opening ceremony will take place on Friday, October 18, from 4 PM to 7 PM.
️Visitors can attend the exhibition from October 20 to October 24, except on Saturday, from 10 AM to 7 PM.
