The Iranian instrument orchestra Salaneh*, led by conductor Danial Shah-Mohammadi Nabi and directed by Tabasom Pejman (Asgharzadeh), will perform on Wednesday, October 24, at 8:00 PM in the cultural and artistic complex of Azadi Tower.
According to the Azadi Tower’s public relations, the Salaneh orchestra will make its debut with a repertoire of classical Iranian music.
The selected program includes multi-layered Iranian music arranged for an orchestra of Iranian instruments, featuring works by Mohammadreza Fayaz and Hamid Motebassem. The first part of the concert includes Ba Karavan-e Saba, the prelude Dastgah Dashti: Dar Havaye Mahjoubi, and Rang-e Dashti by Mohammadreza Fayaz. The second part will feature Concerto Vanooshe by Hamid Motebassem.
The performers include Shabnam Amiri, Tabasom Pejman, Parmis Anjami, Mohammad Hossein Namvar, Sara Ghazi, Baran Heyratpour, Arghavan Armanfar, Sama Mahmoudi, Parsa Fathollahi, Mohammad Hayat Davoudian, Mohammad Zayeri, Atena Khariaband, Alireza Salahi, Omid Ahmadi Pour, Narjes Safari, Parsa Mosaffa, Yazdanmehr Mashidi, Maryam Tavakoli, Mahshid Halabi, and Ayda Abbasi.
