An illustration exhibition titled "Celebrating the Centennial of Master Bastani Parizi" will open on January 6 at the Hall of Mirrors in Tehran’s Azadi Tower Complex.
According to the Azadi Tower Public Relations Office, the exhibition is organized by the Mirror Holder of the Era Institute in collaboration with the Azadi Tower Cultural and Artistic Complex, paying tribute to historian and writer Master Bastani Parizi on his centennial. The opening ceremony will take place on Monday, January 6 at 5:00 PM.
As announced by the Mirror Holder of the Era secretariat, the exhibition coincides with Khaju Kermani Day. During the event, the prestigious Khaju Kermani Medal will be awarded to acclaimed vocalist Shahram Nazeri for his interpretation of “More Infinite Than Love”* by the late poet Afshin Yadollahi, in memory of Master Bastani Parizi.
This recognition follows previous symbolic presentations of the medal: the first to literary scholar *Mohammadreza Shafiei Kadkani for his encouragement, and the second to artist Hossein Mahjoubi for his continued support.
The Khaju Kermani Medal is awarded to distinguished non-Kermani Iranians who have shown outstanding support for the programs of Mirror Holder of the Era* and the promotion of Kermani culture and figures.
The Centennial of Master Bastani Parizi exhibition will remain open to the public through January 10, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily at the Hall of Mirrors in the Azadi Tower Cultural and Artistic Complex.
