According to the Public Relations Office of Azadi Tower, this exhibition, part of the Iranian Art Festival, focuses on the ancient art of pottery and traditional Iranian motifs. Led by Narges Mombini, a renowned pottery professor at the University of Tehran, the event will take place in the main museum of Azadi Tower, offering art and culture enthusiasts a unique opportunity to delve into the millennia-old legacy of Iranian pottery.

Pottery, one of Iran's oldest crafts, has long reflected the rich culture and history of the region. Iranian motifs, deeply rooted in beliefs, nature, and social life, have been intricately etched onto pottery for thousands of years, standing as a lasting testament to Iranian artistry and aesthetics.
This exhibition seeks to create a dialogue between the past and present, highlighting the prominent role of pottery in shaping Iran's cultural identity.
The exhibition will be open to visitors from December 18 to 23, 2024 (except Saturday), from 9 AM to 7 PM, at the Azadi Tower Cultural and Artistic Complex. Alongside exploring this valuable collection, attendees will have the chance to learn about the intricate techniques of Iranian pottery, forging a unique connection to Iran's history and artistic heritage.
