"Tanbal Ahmad" Puppet Show at Azadi Tower
The musical comedy puppet show Tanbal Ahmad will be staged in February 2025 at the Main Hall of Azadi Tower in Tehran.
Written and directed by Ali Bernoon, the play is produced by the Mika Theater Group and will be performed in Persian. Special morning sessions are scheduled for school audiences.
According to the Azadi Tower Public Relations Office, Tanbal Ahmad is a humorous and musical tale of a lazy boy who, pushed by his mother, travels to the city and faces thrilling adventures involving plastic waste monsters. Using his wit, he saves the kidnapped baby of the Sultan and ultimately becomes a minister.
