آیین بزرگداشت جشن جهانی نوروز، عصر جمعه 24 اسفند ماه با حضور وزرای فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی، میراث فرهنگی، صنایع دستی و گردشگری و امور خارجه، سفرای 16 کشور جهان، جمعی از مدیران فرهنگی و هنری، هنرمندان و ... با همکاری بنیاد رودکی در برج آزادی برگزار شد.
سخنرانی وزرای فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی، میراث فرهنگی، صنایع دستی و گردشگری، و امور خارجه، اجرای کاروان هنری اقوام ایرانی و اجرای سنت‌های نوروزی توسط گروه‌های هنری از اقوام مختلف ایرانی، شعرخوانی جلال‌الدین کزازی، نور افشانی و اجرای برج‌نگاره (ویدئو مپینگ) تبریک نوروز بر نمای برج آزادی از جمله بخش‌های این رویداد بود.

The event was organized by the Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation and with the collaboration of the Azadi Tower Cultural and Artistic Complex and the Rudaki Cultural and Artistic Foundation.
The inauguration ceremony of the "Mirror of Love" exhibition was held on Wednesday, August 28, with the presence of Mehdi Khorasanizadeh, Director General of the Office of Visual Arts, visual artists, and cultural officials at the Mirror Hall of Azadi Tower.
